Extra capacity to systematically manage their marketing activities

This financial services company had invested heavily in understanding their ideal customer personas and the information each client group wants to receive. They also had an enormous amount of high quality content. But they didn’t have a solid marketing strategy to direct their growth priorities or sufficient resources to manage their day-to-day marketing activities. In fact, their social media posts were ad hoc and based more on whimsy than strategy.

The client engaged Klarity Lab to undertake a Klarity Session. During the first part of the Session, we met with the Business Manager and Directors to determine business goals and growth priorities. From there, we worked on the marketing strategy and roll-out with the Business Manager.

The existing marketing strategy was already well thought out and needed minor tweaks.

Klarity Lab has been engaged as an outsourced Chief Marketing Officer, working directly with the Business Manager who reports to the Directors. Our role will also include engaging and managing every marketing services supplier.

All marketing efforts will focus on aligning with this client’s ambitious growth plans and business goals. Regular testing and measuring will occur to ensure the business is investing in marketing activities that work while redirecting funds away from marketing activities that fail to deliver on key measurables.

Klarity Lab is also tasked with developing the business’ ongoing marketing strategy to strengthen their competitive advantage and value proposition.
