We will advise what is required to fix the issue and the investment needed. No work will be completed until you provide approval to proceed.
We are happy to work to a pre-approved budget to resolve issues as they arise. This will be of benefit when an urgent issue occurs. The budget will only be used when neccessary and full details will be provided to you.
Will I be locked into a contract?
Not at all. We only ask that you provide 30 days notice to stop the website care service.
Will you add content to my site?
Yes, we can add content to your site as required at our discounted web support rate.
We recommend bundling all the changes you need at once to provide you with most value for money. However, if you need content added on a regular basis, please contact us so we can provide a solution to suit your requirements.
